2. Eligibility

• Business Address
• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• GST Number, where applicable
• Alternate Mobile Number, where applicable
• Referral Code, where applicable
• Other information required for verification

You agree that all information provided during registration will be accurate, complete and current.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Do not share your password with unauthorized persons.
• Do not allow unauthorized persons to access your account.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account.
• Do not use another person's credentials.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us promptly.

5. Digital Scratch Card Services

DigitalScratchCardsDesign provides digital tools that may allow businesses to:

• Design digital scratch cards.
• Create promotional campaigns.
• Add offers and rewards.
• Upload promotional images.
• Define card quantities.
• Distribute digital scratch cards.
• Track scratched and unscratched cards.
• View campaign activity.
• View winner information.

6. Creating Digital Scratch Cards

Businesses are responsible for all information entered into their scratch-card campaigns.

This may include:

• Card quantity
• Validity period
• Eligibility requirements

• Images and promotional content

Businesses must ensure that campaign information is accurate and not misleading.

7. Promotional Offers and Rewards

The business creating a campaign is responsible for honoring the promotional offer or reward associated with that campaign, subject to the terms communicated to customers.

DigitalScratchCardsDesign provides the technology and platform for creating and managing campaigns.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Company is not the seller, manufacturer, provider or issuer of the goods, services, prizes, discounts or promotional benefits offered by an individual business.

Businesses must clearly communicate applicable eligibility requirements, validity periods, redemption conditions and restrictions.

8. Winners and Prizes

Where a campaign includes prizes or rewards, the business creating the campaign is responsible for defining, providing and honoring those prizes or rewards.

The Company is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information entered by a business.

10. Customer Use of Scratch Cards

Customers may use digital scratch cards according to the conditions specified by the business that issued or distributed the card.

A card may be subject to one-time use, expiry, eligibility requirements, purchase conditions, business-specific redemption conditions and campaign limits.

Customers must not duplicate, manipulate, alter or fraudulently use digital scratch cards.

11. Fraud and Misuse

We may investigate activity that appears to involve:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Automated manipulation
• Unauthorized multiple accounts
• Card duplication
• Unauthorized access
• Manipulation of campaign results
• Abuse of promotional benefits

Where permitted by law, affected accounts, cards, campaigns or rewards may be suspended, restricted or invalidated.

12. User-Generated Content

Businesses may upload logos, photographs, product images, promotional materials, text and other content.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use the content you upload.

You must not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights.

13. Content License

By uploading content, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, display and technically modify that content as reasonably necessary to provide Platform services.

This does not transfer ownership of your trademarks, logos, photographs or other intellectual property to the Company.

14. Intellectual Property

DigitalScratchCardsDesign and its underlying technology, design, interface, branding, graphics, software, database structure and other Platform materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell or commercially exploit Platform materials without appropriate authorization.

15. Subscription Plans and Services

DigitalScratchCardsDesign may provide different plans, packages or subscription options.

Features, card quantities, campaign limits, storage, reporting and other benefits may vary depending on the selected plan.

The applicable plan information displayed at the time of purchase will govern the services provided.

16. Fees

Where paid services are offered, applicable fees will be displayed before purchase.

• Fees are payable according to the selected plan.
• Applicable taxes may apply.
• Pricing may change for future purchases or renewals.
• Additional charges may apply to separately purchased services.

17. Refunds and Cancellations

Where a refund is available, the applicable refund process will be communicated by the Company.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Account Suspension or Termination

24. Platform Availability

The Company does not guarantee any particular number of customers, sales, revenue, campaign redemptions, customer retention or return on investment.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NR12 Brands Marketing Private Limited will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of the Platform.

This may include loss of business opportunities, revenue, profits, data or customer relationships.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

29. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NR12 Brands Marketing Private Limited, its employees, representatives and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your unlawful use of the Platform.
• Your uploaded content.
• Your promotional campaigns.
• Your violation of third-party rights.
• Your misuse of customer information.
• Your fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

30. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, services, legal requirements, security requirements or business practices.

31. Electronic Acceptance

By selecting "I Agree", "Create Account", "Continue", or by accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms.
